Becca has a bachelors degree in exercise science, and is certified as a personal trainer through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Her passion is helping women get out of their workout rut, while building strength and toning muscle through a combination of weight lifting and functional fitness training. She enjoys finding creative and unique ways to get an intense workout, in a fun and supportive environment.
