At Bella Forza Fitness, you can depend on studio classes that get you the results you're looking for. Our certified professional trainers have the experience and knowledge needed to teach and motivate its members. With higher expectations of today's group fitness professionals, the fitness industry has evolved traditional aerobics to include an array of diverse group fitness programs. Understanding effective communication, teaching techniques, and motivational skills enables our group fitness instructors to successfully develop and implement safe and effective group exercise programs for our members. Plus, our instructors work hard engaging their participants by using personal passion, creativity and enthusiasm!

AMANDA - Hi, ladies! I'm Amanda and I'm a certified Les Mills GRIT Series instructor. I started coming to BFF in January 2012 after I had my daughter. I had no clue how to work out on my own. I needed guidance and motivation. Working out in an all-girls studio with amazing instructors and peers pushed me to my best physical state. Once I was confident enough, I took the Les Mills challenge and fell in love. I believe working out is not something you can squeeze into your existing routine; committing to a workout regimen is a lifestyle change. If you're ready for a change and a challenge, join me for a high intensity interval training class and you'll take your body and your mind to another level! When I'm not teaching classes, I freelance as a copy editor for an East Coast publishing house and volunteer with a local dog rescue, SAAP. Fitness is a new-found passion of mine. I'm so lucky and so proud to be a part of the BFF team. I can't wait to see you in class!

ASHLEY - Hi, my name is Ashley!  I am a certified fitness instructor for Les Mills BODY Pump and GRIT Series.  I’ve been part of the Les Mills tribe since 2012, and I have loved every sweaty second of it!  I believe that fitness should be fun as well as effective!  I’m passionate about providing team training that is motivating, inspiring, and challenging!  I’m at the gym taking almost as many classes as I teach…it’s fair to say I’m addicted! 

BECCA Hello! I discovered pole fitness here at Bella Forza in Sep 2011, and have been addicted to it ever since! I've always been an avid weight lifter and strength trainer, but pole dance is what has gotten me into the best shape of my life. I've taken my love for pole dance to the next level through competing, and am honored to have won two first place, championship titles. I began teaching pole in early 2013, and absolutely love sharing my passion for pole with my students.

BRITNEY Hi! My name is Britney. I was so excited when I got the opportunity to teach hip hop at Bella Forza Fitness. Have have been dancing a wide range styles since the age of 3. Tap, Jazz, Ballet and of course, my favorite, hip hop are just a few of classes that I have experience in. I was apart of The Ohio State Dance Team in college and received a minor in dance. After college, I was not quite ready to stop dancing so I took my talents professionally and cheered for the Cincinnati Bengals. I think dance will always be apart of my life for two simple reasons; I love it and all for health benefits it offers. My class offers a wide range of levels and styles with in hip hop. Hope you all come in and try it! 

CHELSEY Hey! My name is Chelsey. I was born and raised in a small town called Elida, Ohio. I started dancing at Steppin Out Dance Center as a young girl. I came to Cincinnati to join the University of Cincinnati Dance Team and major in Exercise and Fitness. I am extremely passionate about learning new ways to keep the body fit and healthy. I am currently a cheerleader for the Bengals and have been with the team for four years. I love dancing and it has been a part of my life for many years. I hope that I can inspire women to embrace their inner self and express their feelings through dancing. “You can become whoever you want when you’re dancing!”

 CHRISTINA - Hi! My name is Christina. I am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, with certifications in Piloxing and Back It Up! dance. I have had a love for dancing since the age of 3. After dancing for so many years, I searched to find something to engage my passion. Group fitness was the perfect thing to keep that passion alive. When I moved to Cincinnati in the summer of 2012, I knew that one day I had to teach at Bella. Teaching fitness makes me so happy, and I hope to share that happiness with my students. I'm very excited to bring the energy of Piloxing and Back It Up! to Bella. Come sweat with me!!

 

DANELLE Hello! My name is Danelle! I have an extensive background in many different forms of dance including jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, hula, Tahitian, belly dance, burlesque and pole dance. I have also competed in country, ballroom and swing dancing for many years winning several titles. In 2006, I attended my first Zumba® Fitness class and was hooked. I became a licensed instructor and have been teaching in the greater Cincinnati area ever since. I have since obtained my licenses and certifications in various other Zumba® Fitness programs, Hip Hop Hustle, AFAA and Pole Fitness. After auditioning I was approved to be a licensed Zumba® Jammer (ZJ), allowing me the privilege of touring the country and teaching other Zumba® Fitness instructors amazing choreography that will assist them in becoming better instructors.

DANIELLE - Hello there! My name is Danielle, and I have been pole dancing since September 2009. I was starting to gain weight after college and was feeling rather down about it, when I saw an advertisement online for pole fitness. I took that first class and was hooked from my first spin! Since then I have taken classes, workshops, and online lessons to advance my pole journey. I love the amount of strength, agility, coordination, confidence, and fun that results from pole dance and fitness!

EILEEN My name is Eileen Pike I am a Mommy to two super wonderful boys Kellen 5 and Skyler 2. I have been seriously into fitness and working out since I was a freshman in college.  The outfits I used to wear??? I am so thankful there was no social media back in the dark ages. I moved back to Cincinnati after living in South Florida for 13 years and wondered in  the door at Bella Forza for a spray tan.  I decided to try one of those TRX classes and the rest is history. Beth and Calena have never been able to shake me.  After having such truly amazing and inspiring instructors like Rachel, Dana, Diana, I decided I wanted to try and teach myself.  Beth and Calena supported me 100 percent and helped me achieve a life long goal.  I now teach Booty by Bella, Body by Bella, and am training to teach TRX.  I am also proud to be the Social Media and Events Manager for the studio. I love helping to plan and create events and fun nights out for all of our amazing BFF Ladies. Because lets face it we may be someone's Mom, Wife, Daughter, Sister, but we are also a individual and we need some time to just be. 

 ELIZABETH - Hi! I am Elizabeth and I have always had a true passion for physical fitness and living and happy and healthy lifestyle. Feeling good about yourself and your body builds great self-confidence and the belief that anything is possible. I attained my certifications in Power Yoga and Pilates in 2012. I truly love working with people and helping them achieve their fitness goals, while having some fun doing it. For when we develop strong bodies, we build strong minds and live powerful lives.

 

HELEN Hi! My name is Helen and I am a Pole Fitness instructor. I developed my passion for pole in Jacksonville, FL after I put on some weight when I injured my ankle. After four months, I dropped from a size 8 to a size 2 and became hooked on Pole Fitness. I started taking pole in 2009 and have taken classes and workshops from a variety of studios and professionals. I am all about the fitness side of pole and consider myself a true pole addict. I am looking forward to sharing my passion with you and showing you how fun working out can be!

HOLLY I have been participating and creating art and performance in Cincinnati for over 18 years. I work with and explore a variety of disciplines, as well as many mediums, but the human body has always remained the focus that has tied all of my experience and studies together. I’ve been an instructor at BodyMind Balance Pilates studio for 13 years. About 12 years ago my love for climbing, performance art and dance lead to start receiving formal training in aerial ballet. First at a workshop by Jo Krieter called Off the Ground Dances using metal apparatus in San Francisco followed by two separate aerial silks workshops in Vermont through Nimble Arts studio. I received an Individual Artist grant through the city of Cincinnati in the 2009/10 year to create an aerial silks duet to be performed in numerous places all over the city. I am thrilled to be part of the very inspiring Bella Forza family, not only as a teacher but as a student as well.

JANETTE - Hi Ladies! My name is Janette and I'm a Les Mills Certified BODYPump Instructor and a Pole Fitness fanatic, I mean, instructor. :) I joined BFF just after they opened their doors in 2011 and I've never felt so strong in my life. My favorite part about teaching is empowering other women on their fitness journey to accomplish things they never thought possible. Being a part of the BFF family has been a truly amazing life changing experience. Come to any of our wonderful BFF classes and you'll see what I mean! Kia kaha! 

JANNA Hello, my name is Janna and I am certified in Les Mills BodyCOMBAT and GRIT series. I have been a Les Mills junkie for 9 years! I love that I can find the program anywhere my busy life takes me. The classes are fun and energetic but challenging. My favorite part about Les Mills and group fitness is it doesn't always feel like "work!" I teach and take a variety of the classes at Bella. Come join me!!

JENNIFER - Hello! My name is Jennifer and I am proud to say I am one of the many great instructors here at Bella Forza Fitness. I started taking Zumba classes about 4 years ago when I first moved to Cincinnati and quickly became addicted. I had long been a performer throughout my high school and college years via musical theater and a Latin & Ballroom dance group, and Zumba was the perfect marriage between two of my favorite passions: dance and fitness! I become licensed to teach Zumba in 2010, joined the BFF family soon after, and have been shaking it here weekly ever since :-) Come check out my classes-- you don't need to have Shakira hips, but you will sweat, get a great workout, and most importantly have FUN!

 

KENDRA Hi! My name is Kendra Smiley and I am a new instructor here at Bella Forza! I have spent the last 15 years in the industry of empowering and educating women on their health, body, mind, and self-confidence! I have always had a passion for being and staying physically fit, since it has so many great benefits for you not only physically but mentally as well. When I started my journey as member of Bella Forza I knew I would be a life time member. I was so intrigued by all the different classes, the environment, and the empowering of the women of BFF so much I knew I wanted to become a Bella Instructor! I cannot wait to meet everyone and help you on your Bella Forza Journey, whatever that may be!

LAURA My name is Laura and I am a certified TRX, SPINNING, Yoga, and Personal Training Instructor. I have an extreme love for fitness and making people sweat! I have to say my fitness motivation came from my mom. She was the one that introduced me to running marathons, strength training, and all around fitness and health. I can't wait to share my love of fitness and health to my little one since I am expecting in August! I am so excited to be part of the BFF team and can't wait to meet all of you.

 

MANDY - Hi my name is Mandy! I began dancing at the age of three, and haven't stopped since! While in high school, I served as Captain of the dance team and during college, I choreographed and coached a local high school dance team. I have performed on numerous All-Star Dance Teams, even performing during a New Year's celebration in Paris, France. I've also been seen on stage in Cincinnati in numerous professional musical theatre productions and at the Aladdin Casino in Las Vegas. In 2000, I found my way to Latin dancing and sparks flew! Soon after, I received training in Ballroom dance through Arthur Murray International. I danced professionally in Rising Star American Rhythm dance competitions across the country, consistently placing in the top of the finals. I have been invited to perform at dance events throughout the region, such as the French American Chamber of Commerce Beaujolais Nouveau and at the Cincinnati Entertainment Awards at the Taft Theatre. As Co-Founder of Cin City Burlesque, I am passionate about educating and empowering people through the art and fun of Burlesque! I truly enjoy working with students of all experience levels - growing my students’ love of dance while sharing her own. I am also a certified Zumba® and Zumba® Toning instructor, fusing a variety of dance styles into a fun and intense workout!  I am also the creator of Broadway Blast - a dance filled hour of fat scorching, muscle toning, health building fun, choreographed to exciting songs from Broadway and movie musicals.  You'll have so much fun, you'll never know you are working out!

MARY - Hi my name is Mary! I’m a native born Cincinnatian. I have been at BFF for 6 months since the doors were open and have never wanted to leave. With last minute request for a sub, at which I filled in and with much positive response from the class I was asked to join our Center in Cincinnati. I love to have fun. Talk it up in class ladies, I love the excitement!

TERRI - Hello my name is Terri and I am a hula-hooping, guitar-playing, yogi, school teacher, mother, and the President of Hoop Roots, Inc. I was inspired to hoop three years ago at Floydfest and have been making hoops and enjoying hoop dance since. Drawing on what I have learned from my teachers, Caroleeeena, Wendy Andersen and Leslie Kreines, I’ve taught hooping classes to children and adults throughout the city. I also lead a free hoop jams at neighborhood parks during the warm months and teach workshops at festivals. My hoop classes focus on proper posture, breathing, dancing, feeling beautiful, and having fun. In addition to the health benefits of this cardiovascular exercise, hula hooping improves self confidence, generates joy and laughter, and clears and quiets the mind. Hoop Yourself Happy is an introduction to basic hooping and hoop dance and can be differentiated for hoopers of multiple skill levels. 

TRACY - Hi Everyone, my name is Tracy and I've been a licensed Zumba instructor since July of 2012, however, I've been a Zumba fan for over 2 years, taking classes under the wonderful tutelage of Danelle and Jennifer. I'd like to say, as for now, I'm not the typical looking fitness instructor as I am a work in progress. I've always know what was needed to get in shape but never wanted to put in the work needed to get it done. I have now been committed to my health for over 2 years and down almost 40 pounds! When I'm not teaching, you will see me in a number of fitness classes, working extremely hard to reach my goal. What is that goal: I'll know it when I see it. I may even slow down a bit; NOT!! I'm having too much fun!!
